In my opinion, a good way to build a personal learning network is to find out whether there are people around you who are engaged in innovative work in your field. Because we can learn from each other and share our opinions and ideas. We can also expand our ideas by searching blogs for things we are interested in, and we can get in touch with authors face to face in this way. As you said, I also follow people I don’t know on instagram to learn their personal skills.
